This COVID-19 Policy describes how we will proceed with shipping during this time of crisis with the purchases you make from

The most important thing to us during this time, is to keep you, our loyal customers happy! 
Due to the current virus epidemic we have chosen to update our shipping terms as we see best fit the situation. 

We have decided to only ship packages during this time with GLS tracking. This is the best way to ensure all packages can be traced and it will be possible to estimate a time of arrival. 
We have therefore also decided to give free shipping on all orders over 499DKK (€66.77)
to all the countries listed below: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We are deeply sorry that we have had to remove countries from our shipping list. 
We have done this based on the regulations of the government which have made the shipping to your region or country, a very long and uncertain process. 
We always want to be able to give our customers the best service and guarantee. 
As the situation is now, we are not able to ship to these countries as we cannot give any estimate of the wait you would have to endure to receive the item(s) ordered.
