Welcome to our Shipping & Delivery page. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds when shopping with Fabelab.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following European destinations: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days with GLS, Bring, DPD, UPS or FedEx.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Cyprus, Greece, Slovakia – 40 EUR
  • All other EU countries – 21 EUR

Returns

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. Orders placed in November or December can be returned until 15 January.

How do I return my order?

  1. Print and include the return note in your parcel.
  2. Send the parcel to:

Important: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We do not accept parcels sent COD, to parcel shops, or delivered in person.

Exchanges & Refunds

Can I exchange my order?

Yes – simply place a new order for the desired size, color or style, and return the items you don’t want to keep.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return. If you return the full order, the original delivery cost will also be refunded. Refunds are always made to the original payment method.

*Local customs duties and taxes are not included.
