Standard rights of withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

NOTE! Your withdrawal/return right on orders placed in November and December is extended until the 15th January the following year. 

In case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately (i.e. separate deliveries), the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which you acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.

In case of a contract relating to delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which you acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact information below), about your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement sent to our email. You can print the standard withdrawal (return) form HERE .

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we have received the return package at our warehouse. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payments as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have clearly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the return goods, or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Note! You must bear the costs of returning of the good(s) and find a return label yourself.  We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD), to a parcel shop, or by personal handover at our location.

without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post office/carrier.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
