RETURNS & CLAIMS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return from the day you receive your goods if the goods are in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. Once we have accepted your return, you can either choose to exchange the item or get your money reimbursed to your account.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping for an exchange of goods. You must cover the cost of the return shipping. Please keep the postal receipt documenting that you have returned the goods. We cannot compensate for goods lost during the return.
You can return or exchange for other goods at our studio at St. Kongensgade 110, 1264 København K.
Please contact us ahead of time at email@example.com to make sure we are in the studio.
Please check your items as soon as you receive them. If you have received a faulty item, you must make a claim within 14 days of receiving the item. If your order is faulty, we will offer to return, exchange or repair the product at our cost.
As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty, which means that you either can get your product repaired, replaced or your money back depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover errors or damages that arise due to misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear.
HOW TO RETURN OR SUBMIT CLAIMS?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on our telephone number: (0045) 60 53 20 85.
We always do our best to handle claims and returns as soon as possible.
Once we have received your product we’ll return the amount or the new item as soon as possible. To risk fraud we only pay back the money to the card used to buy the product.
Before returning any item to us, we do ask you that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely, not damaged in transit or show any sign of usage. Should this be the case, you will be liable for the deterioration in the product value. For further information about your legally right to return, you can read more about it on the Competition and Consumer Agency’s website http://www.kfst.dk/Forbrugerforhold
